Why print on demand?
Because we'd rather make what you actually want than landfill a warehouse of unsold mediums. Every piece gets printed when you order it. Slightly slower, a lot less wasteful, and zero compromises on the designs.
When will I get my order?
Printing takes three to four days and shipping another three to four. Most orders land within ten to fifteen business days.
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting - your shirt doesn't exist until you order it.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with tracking the moment it ships. If it hasn't turned up and you think it should have, email us and we'll chase it.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
It's worked out at checkout based on where you are and what's in the order, so you see the exact number before you pay. No surprise fee on the last screen.
Where are your products made?
Printing happens in Canada and the central U.S., so your order isn't sitting on a boat for six weeks to reach you.
The blanks are Bella+Canvas - Fair Labor Association members, WRAP Platinum certified, 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, with a tear-away label so nothing scratches your neck. They're the same blanks we'd buy for ourselves.
How do I look after it?
Machine wash cold, forty degrees or under. Tumble dry on low. Iron on medium if you're the ironing type. Don't dry clean it, and don't use chlorine bleach.
Do that and the print will outlast your interest in it.
How do I get hold of an actual human?
Email billy@nofxgvn.ca. Include your order number and a sentence about what's wrong, plus photos if it's a damage or print issue. You'll hear back within 24 hours, usually a lot sooner.
Either Billy or Eddy answers every email. There's no help desk and no chatbot.
