Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We make shirts we'd actually wear. If something isn't right, I want to know about it and I want to fix it.
Here's how it works.
If the shirt is defective or damaged
Something wrong with the print? Stitching falling apart? Showed up looking like it got run over by a truck? That's on us. Send me a couple of photos within 30 days of getting it and we'll get a replacement in the mail to you on our dime. You don't need to send the original back.
If your package arrived damaged from shipping, do the same thing — photos of the package and the product. We'll sort it out.
If you got the wrong size
It happens. We'll send you the correct size. Because we print on demand, the easiest thing is for you to keep, gift, or donate the one you've got and just pay the shipping cost on the replacement. Send me an email within 30 days of delivery and I'll get the right size out to you.
If you'd rather mail the original back, that's fine too — just contact us first before sending anything. We don't accept packages returned without a heads-up.
If you just changed your mind
I'd rather have a happy customer than a forced sale. If you've genuinely had a change of heart, email me within 14 days of delivery and we'll talk. Shirt has to be unworn, unwashed, tags on, in original packaging. You cover return shipping. Once we receive it and confirm condition, we'll refund the product cost (minus any original shipping) within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Heads up: your bank or credit card company can take a few extra days to actually show the refund.

Your rights as a buyer
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. In Canada those come from your province's consumer protection legislation; in the United States, from your state's. If a product is defective, misrepresented, or doesn't match its description, you have legal rights regardless of what this policy says.
