Post your send and tag @nofxgvn.ca. The best one each month wins free gear—and sometimes we pick more than one. This is judged by Eddy, because a popularity contest isn't a contest.

1. Sponsor NOFXGVN, Langley, British Columbia, Canada. For inquiries, contact us by direct message at @nofxgvn.ca.

2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Entrants under the age of majority may not enter. If an individual under the age of majority appears in a submitted entry, the entrant must be their parent or legal guardian, or have explicit permission from them.

3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary) No purchase is required to enter, and purchasing will not improve your chances of winning. To enter, you may either:

  • Post your content publicly on Instagram and tag @nofxgvn.ca

  • Send your photo or video via direct message to @nofxgvn.ca

Each distinct piece of content counts as one entry. You may submit unlimited entries, provided each piece of content is materially different. Entry does not require an email address. Joining our mailing list is a separate, optional sign-up: it is not required to enter, and it is not required to win.

4. Entry Periods The contest runs monthly, starting at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the calendar month and ending at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of the month. Late entries will automatically be carried over into the following month's entry period.

5. Judging Process (Skill, Not Chance) Winners are selected strictly on merit by the Sponsor, not through random draws or public voting. Entries are judged based on originality, energy, overall quality, and how well they capture the spirit of the brand. The Sponsor's decisions are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to select one winner, multiple winners, or no winner in any given month. Because winners are chosen based on skill rather than chance, no skill-testing question is required for Canadian residents.

6. Prizes Each winner will receive one item of NOFXGVN apparel of their choice, up to an approximate retail value of $60 CAD. Prizes include free shipping within Canada or the United States. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize item with another of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Notification Winners will be notified by direct message within seven days of the end of the entry period. If a winner does not respond within fourteen days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners must confirm their shipping address and verify they have reached the age of majority.

8. Rights in Your Entry By submitting an entry, you confirm that you created the content or possess the necessary rights to submit it. You also confirm that anyone identifiable in the content has consented to its use and that the entry does not infringe on anyone's rights. You retain full ownership of your content. However, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and display the entry on its social media channels, website, and in advertising for a period of two years. Credit will always be given to your handle. The Sponsor will contact you prior to using your entry in any paid advertising.

9. Meta Platforms Disclaimer This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you completely release Instagram and Meta from any liability. All questions regarding the contest should be directed to the Sponsor.

10. Privacy Your Instagram handle, name, and shipping address will only be used for the administration of this contest and the fulfillment of prizes. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties and will only be retained for as long as necessary. If you join our mailing list, that is a separate, optional sign-up used to send you marketing email, including news about this contest. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

11. General Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed offensive, unlawful, plagiarized, or contrary to the spirit of the contest. The Sponsor may amend these rules or cancel the contest at any time, with any changes posted to this rules page. This contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
